Job Title: Operations Manager – FMCG Experienced

I am seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end operations during the transition to a larger unit. This role involves managing logistics for the move, training new Shift Managers, and ensuring a smooth transition throughout the period.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in operations management within the FMCG sector (or related field).
• Proven success in supply chain, production, and logistics management.
• Must live within a commutable distance to Deeside as the role is on-site 5 days a week.

Additional Details:

• 6-month contract minimum, with review after 3 months and potential to become permanent.
• Weekly pay every Friday, with day rates of £175-£200 per day.
• Interviews scheduled for this week.
