Overview

Can you help us make the serious stuff fun? Can you support us to improve the health and well-being of babies, children and young people in the north east? Then we wan to hear from you! We are looking for a new Operations Manager to join The Children's Foundation.

Job Title: Operations Manager

Hours: 28 hours per week

Salary: Circa £34,000 (FTE) pro-rata

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the CEO, the post holder will play a key role in the Leadership Team, developing, managing, and monitoring services in line with the charity's mission and aims.
  • Management of Project Leads, day-to-day operations and projects.
  • Working with the CEO in the development and opening of a new Stay and Play Café in Gateshead.
  • Working with the Fundraising Manager and Project Leads to diversify income via statutory, trusts and corporate funds.
  • Act as deputy to the CEO.
