At Leeds Mathematics School (LMaS), we are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, enthusiastic, dynamic and inspirational Operations Manager. The role of Operations Manager is crucial to ensuring the smooth, safe and successful day-to-day operations of the school, and to medium- and long-term planning. The Operations Manager will lead the support staff team and ensure they are maximally effective in their roles and that their work always exemplifies GORSE and LMaS values.

  • GCSE Grade C/4 and above (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
  • Experience of management in a school and/or office environment.
  • Experience of managing financial and/or HR processes and/or Health and Safety.
  • Experience of working agilely and flexibly, sometimes under pressure, always in confidence.
  • Commitment to the highest quality ‘front of house’ experience.
  • Commitment to the highest standards of accuracy, while always meeting deadlines.
