Overview

Cobalt Recruitment in conjunction with one of London's most prestigious landlords is seeking an innovative and determined individual to join their team as an Operations Manager Manager.

The role has come about due to their continued success within the property sector, and you will be required to manage a high-end shopping centre in Kingston-upon-Hull.

Key responsibilities
  • Setting, managing and reconciling the service charge budget alongside the Senior Property Manager.
  • Ensuring that all contracted works is completed in line with the company's regulations, and it is compliant with current health and safety legislation.
  • Forming relationships with stakeholders, customers and colleagues and ensuring that the highest level of communication is displayed throughout.
  • Supervising both the hard and soft aspects of the shopping centre and ensuring that all contract works is carried out in a punctual and cost effective manner.
Qualifications and experience

With previous Shopping Centre or Operations Management experience, you should possess a broad understanding of health and safety legislation, with an IOSH and IWFM qualification being beneficial.

Skills and attributes

Key to your success will be your ability to display a high level of customer service and communicate effectively with both your tenants and colleagues.
