Operations Manager

One of our clients, a global private equity platform, is seeking an Operations Manager to join their mission-driven team in Mayfair. This high-impact role offers variety, visibility, and the chance to shape the daily rhythm of a fast-paced executive office.

THE ROLE:

As Operations Manager, you’ll be at the centre of the London office, shaping culture, streamlining operations, and ensuring the seamless running of the business. This position will oversee both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and have a lasting impact.

Day to day will include:

  • Leading and mentoring a high‑performing admin team, including EAs and facilities support
  • Overseeing day‑to‑day office operations, facilities, and supplier relationships
  • Managing health & safety, landlord liaison, and smarter ways of working
  • Driving strategic projects that enhance operational efficiency and scalability
  • Partnering with senior leadership to support long‑term growth goals
  • Owning holiday/sickness cover, appraisals, and development conversations
  • Fostering a collaborative, high‑trust team culture

This role would suit someone who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments and brings strategic thinking, operational rigour, and people leadership. Experience in private equity, venture capital, or consulting is ideal.
