We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operational delivery of our primary care services. This role is pivotal in ensuring the practice runs efficiently, safely, and in line with NHS contractual, regulatory, and performance requirements.
The Operations Manager will work closely with GP Partners, clinical leads, and the wider management team to support high-quality patient care through effective workforce management, service planning, governance, and continuous improvement.
