Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with top‑notch expertise and knowledge of the demolition industry? Or maybe you've got experience in Asbestos removal? Do you want to be part of a family run business known for its commitment to excellent service and tailored solutions for its customers? Well if you're a Contracts Manager with strong leadership skills and a proactive attitude, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily management of site projects and teams
  • Creating and implementing risk assessments and safe systems of work
  • Preparing detailed method statements for projects
  • Managing Supervisors and Operatives across multiple projects
  • Delivering projects on schedule and within budget
  • Maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and clients
  • Supporting the Divisional Manager with strategic and operational tasks
Qualifications & Experience
  • Ideally a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Contracts Manager
  • Hold a valid SSSTS and/or SMSTS certification (one is essential)
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to the office and on site
  • A CCDO card and Asbestos Managers Certificate are desirable but not essential
  • Experience in successfully managing projects
  • Strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide teams effectively
  • Resilient and able to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
