About the Role

Duckys Kitchen Ltd is expanding its catering activities, event presence, and franchise offerings. We are seeking a Business Development Associate who can focus solely on brand building, business promotion, and partnership growth across Scotland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Duckys Kitchen’s takeaway, catering services, and franchise opportunities.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with event organisers, corporate clients, local businesses, and community groups.
  • Manage brand promotion both online and offline, including social media content, digital marketing, and local campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities for catering, food‑truck events, and new franchise locations.
  • Represent the company at events, promotional stalls, exhibitions, and meetings.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, partnership pitches, and promotional materials.
  • Track marketing performance, lead generation, customer engagement, and campaign outcomes.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure promotional activities align with operational capacity.
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in business development, marketing, or brand promotion (hospitality experience desirable but not essential).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build long‑term professional relationships and manage multiple partnerships.
  • Creativity in designing effective marketing and brand‑awareness activities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
