Responsibilities
  • Serve as a stabilizing presence in the London office, maintaining calm, consistency, and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Act as an operational extension of leadership, ensuring direct, fact-based, and execution-driven communication.
  • Manage daily office rhythm including workspace readiness, attendance, internal events, and visiting partner logistics.
  • Coordinate with Finance and HR teams on vendor payments, office expenses, and compliance with UK regulations.
  • Track regional OKRs, delivery metrics, and engagement updates in Salesforce and 15Five for leadership visibility.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding for EMEA hires and contractors, ensuring seamless coordination across teams.
  • Host Google Cloud and client visitors with professionalism, managing scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow-up.
Needed Expertise
  • Strong organizational and operational management skills with proven ability to handle multiple moving parts smoothly.
  • 5-8 years of experience in operations, HR business partnering, or project coordination within tech or consulting environments.
  • Emotionally intelligent and composed under pressure, able to manage interpersonal dynamics and de-escalate quickly.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills; can summarize morale, blockers, and key updates succinctly for leadership.
  • High attention to detail and disciplined execution, ensures systems, documentation, and follow-through remain consistent.
  • Understands cross-cultural communication, particularly between US and UK business environments.
  • Dependable, self-directed, and approachable, with a reputation for responsiveness and operational maturity.
