We are looking for a Operations Manager to join our team based in the Outlet Store in Bicester. You will join us on a Full time basis, working 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate a strong awareness of the business within the framework of defined brand objectives and KPIs.
  • Handle issues in a timely manner according to company policies and operational procedures
  • Provide regular feedback to the Store Manager regarding store performance and other store operative issues
  • Achieve store budget and optimize sell-out within the budget provided
  • Ensure that product deliveries and movements are processed according to company stock management guidelines
  • Be responsible for the good image of the store, always ensuring it is clean and well maintained according to the company visual merchandising standards
  • Lead by example, acting as a role model for the team
  • Coach and train the staff to improve business performance.
H2H
  • Strong communication regarding stock levels in H2H. Ensure high volume, new arrivals and sell through rate is communicated to store manager.
  • Strong communication to VM in store to ensure rotation of stock is consistent.
  • Oversee XPO to H2H allocations with Store manager to ensure stock levels across best sellers and low product categories are managed and consistent.
  • Oversee EOS transfers with full price stores. Ensure a plan is provided to receive this stock successfully in line with outlet EOS returns to Merton/Bleckmann.
  • Support in the resolving of delivery discrepancies from external warehouses and stores,
  • Oversee loss prevention procedures across H2H,
  • Develop new ideas and ways of working to provide efficiency and consistency across the warehouse and store.
  • Ensure company standards are upheld at all times.
  • Liaise with store manager to ensure correct hours are used in H2H,
  • Develop and inspire team with use of training and on the spot coaching across operational tasks.
  • Oversee location Stocktake.
Store
  • Strong communication to sales team regarding new arrivals and stock rotation.
  • Oversee Loss prevention methods with use of company tools,
  • Oversee packaging orders to ensure store is always fully stocked,
  • Stock pulled based on commercial results,
  • Ensure the floor is walked with store manager on a weekly basis with commercial tools to aid stock replenishment,
  • Oversee stockroom with weekly reviews of space and standards,
  • Supervising and motivating team,
  • Coaching and developing team,
  • Drive and inspire excellent sales and service to meet company targets,
  • Oversee location Stocktake,
  • Strong commercial knowledge aided by company tools
