The Business:
We’re partnering with a well-established, premium restaurant operator with a growing global footprint. This is a high-profile role leading a luxury hospitality brand poised for strategic growth.

The Role:
We’re looking for an Operations Director to shape and scale this luxury concept. The role will oversee a portfolio generating £50m+ revenue, with scope for international travel. You’ll be responsible for operational excellence across multiple premium venues, driving both performance and brand integrity.

Who We’re Looking For:
A senior operator with a proven track record in luxury restaurants or private members’ clubs
Strong UK experience – London knowledge essential; international exposure a plus
Experience leading high-volume, fresh food-led operations
Commercially sharp – strong with financials and growth strategy
Able to lead senior GMs across multiple sites with credibility and confidence
Understands destination dining and high footfall locations
Entrepreneurial in mindset – comfortable in a fast-paced, creative, ambitious environment
