We're looking for a highly organised and hands-on Operations and Transport Manager to join our team and lead this vital area of the business. You'll work across two critical functions ensuring flights and ground transport are efficiently booked and managed, and that each trip is operationally supported by the right people.
This is a hands-on role that combines leadership, problem-solving, and operational planning. You'll play a key part in delivering a great experience for our customers.

This is a full time role (36.25 hours per week) and offers hybrid working (at least 3 days per week in the Brighton office).
You'll also be required to travel overseas during busy operational periods and work occasional weekends and evenings.
