We’re on the hunt for an Operations Administrator to join our team in Wrexham, North Wales. You will work in collaboration with the Operations Manager & Warehouse Team to assist with the day to day operations and logistics side of the business, supporting various tasks and situations.

What you’ll bring to the job:
  • Extremely organised with good attention to detail
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Good computer skills - you’ll need to learn our software & Excel
  • Excellent work ethic and ability to multitask
  • Able to build strong open trusting relationships with our staff and customers
What the job entails:
  • Day-to-day operations of our warehouse. Working closely with the warehouse, purchasing and operations teams.
  • Inputting orders onto order management system and allocating stock
  • Setting up new clients on the system and maintaining the records to ensure they are kept up to date and accurate.
  • Issuing invoices and processing credit notes.
  • Arranging collections/deliveries with carriers and forwarding companies
  • Updating distributors on order/shipment status
  • Generating customs documents for international shipments
  • Dealing with any ad-hoc requests for the business
  • Assisting with day-to-day warehouse task when required

The successful Operations Administrator will receive a competitive marketplace salary + benefits. Working hours will be 37.5 per week, however some flex may be required to meet the needs of the business in peak times.
