We are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Operations Administrator to join our team in Shifnal.

As Operations Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting all operational departments, and on occasion, site teams, ensuring day-to-day activities run smoothly. This is a varied role where you will act as a valued ambassador for JNB, helping to drive a positive internal culture and continuous improvement across the organisation.

As an Operations Administrator, you will :
  • Provide remote administrative support across operational and site teams, including diary management, meeting scheduling, and reception cover
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, conferences, events, and internal communications such as newsletters and team updates
  • Maintain organisational charts, personnel records, team contact details, and support onboarding to ensure smooth inductions
