Operations AdministratorMaltonMonday to Friday 08:00-17:00Salary £26,000

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operations-related activities
  • Champion health and safety on site, ensuring all colleagues work in a safe environment
  • Monitor departmental KPIs and challenge improvements, where needed
  • Record daily attendance, manage colleague appointments, holidays and absence
  • Ensure completion of all internal paperwork
  • Use data to forward actions for weekly payroll
Skills & experience
  • Experience of working in a customer service or administrative role
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Methodical in your way of working
  • Can prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines
  • System savvy with strong data skills
  • Confident communication who takes pride in everything they do
  • Working within a manufacturing environment (desirable)
