Overview

FM Conway is currently recruiting an Operations Planner to work within our Water and Drainage Management division. As our Operations Planner, you will organise the daily planning of scheduled and emergency drainage works such as CCTV surveys, high-pressure water jetting and confined space activities. This is a permanent, full-time position based from our depot in Rayleigh.

Responsibilities
  • Planning and scheduling workloads for all planned and reactive crews
  • Dealing with reactive & emergency call outs
  • Ensuring that all works are delivered in a timely and professional manner
  • Creating the monthly payment application and updating with completed work
  • Processing and inputting operatives wages for management approval
  • Liaising with supervisors and work teams
Requirements

For this role, you will have excellent verbal and written communication with a strong customer focus and good attention to detail. You must have experience using Microsoft Office, and the ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own. Industry experience and knowledge of wastewater operations and confined space working is preferred but not essential.
