Operational Administrator

Location: Carlisle

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Pay: £12.21 per hour

We are looking for an organised and reliable Operational Administrator to join our team. This role is key in keeping our driver operations running smoothly and ensuring that self‑employed drivers receive the support they need.

What you will be doing

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting self‑employed drivers with contracts, payments and documentation
  • Vetting new drivers and ensuring compliance checks are completed
  • Updating driver records, including bank details, addresses and identification documents
  • Processing data to ensure drivers are paid correctly and on time
  • Maintaining accurate information across our in‑house systems
What we are looking for

You do not need formal qualifications for this role, but the following skills are essential:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Ability to write clear and professional emails
  • Good general computer literacy
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
