Multi-site role across Scotland | Full-time | Competitive package + benefits

The Role

As Opening Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering smooth, successful venue launches and ensuring they are set up to thrive from day one. You will oversee pre‑opening planning, team recruitment and training, and operational delivery. Working closely with our Operations Director, Property, and People Teams to make each new venue a true Buzzworks success story. You will also continue to support operational performance post‑launch, inspiring managers, driving high standards of hospitality, and ensuring every venue embodies our purpose: To Make People Feel Great Through Hospitality.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage multiple new venue openings from concept to handover.
• Deliver flawless pre‑opening operations from stock and systems to team setup and training.
• Coach and inspire venue leaders to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Work cross‑functionally with Operations, Property, and Finance to hit timelines and budgets.
• Monitor early‑stage performance, ensuring venues are set up for commercial success.
• Champion Buzzworks’ values and culture across every team you support.

• You are an experienced operations or openings manager in hospitality, with a track record of successful venue launches.
• You is an inspiring leader who thrives on pace, people and problem‑solving.
• You have strong commercial awareness and project management skills.
• You are resilient, organised, and love seeing a plan come to life.
