Hours: Monday-Friday with a mix of shifts (and a brand-new night shift on the horizon!)

About the Site:

You’ll be joining a busy, ever‑growing operation with headcount jumping from 50 during quieter periods to around 100 at peak. My Client is scaling fast, welcoming new customers, and building a team that’s ready to level up year after year.

Reporting Line: Seasonal Coordinator

The Role

As their Onsite Recruitment Account Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of day‑to‑day operations. You’ll:

  • Build standout relationships with your contracts and keep communication flowing.
  • Make sure service levels stay sharp, slick, and consistently high.
  • Plan and coordinate staffing to match volume spikes and quieter periods.
  • Track attendance, performance, and productivity — and turn that into clear, meaningful MI reports.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention to keep the team buzzing.
  • Oversee admin and payroll processes, keeping everything accurate and on time.
  • Spot chances to streamline, improve, and grow — and help bring those ideas to life.
