Occupational Health Physician – West Midlands (On Site)

OH Medical is working with a leading provider of occupational health services across the UK, and we are looking for you! Join our client in supporting organisations to create healthier, safer workplaces, while enjoying a role that values your skills, development, and work-life balance.

What You’ll Do
  • Carry out occupational health assessments and provide expert advice to employees and employers
  • Manage health cases including fitness-for-work, workplace adjustments, and return-to-work planning
  • Conduct telephone and video consultations with clinical clarity and empathy
  • Produce professional, actionable reports that help organisations thrive
  • Work alongside HR teams, employers, and healthcare colleagues to support employee wellbeing
  • Handle health surveillance escalations
What We’re Looking For
  • Qualified OH Physician (DOccMed/MFOM/FFOM)
  • Strong experience in occupational health, case management, workplace assessments, and health surveillance
  • Excellent communicator who builds trusted relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Proactive, organised, and solution-focused
  • Knowledge of workplace health legislation (Equality Act, Health & Safety at Work Act)
