About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Onsite IT Support Technician to join our hardworking and knowledgeable team with Entrust. In this role you will visit schools in the Staffordshire area to provide regular, scheduled IT support and ensure high quality service.

The position is‑time only and field based; you should hold a full clean UK driver licence and own vehicle to travel between sites. Training is provided – the first weeks will include shadowing a senior team member to become fully equipped to support our clients.

What you will be doing
  • Provide scheduled technical maintenance and support for ICT across a set of schools.
  • Involve in larger installations in schools in line with documented project plans.
  • Provide reactive IT support, including telephone, remote support, site visits and assistance with hardware quotations.
  • Research and document development projects and procedures for the team in line with strategic objectives.
