You’ll collaborate with teams across the business to ensure campaigns run smoothly and continuously improve content performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning, coordinating, and delivering seasonal, brand, and propositional campaigns across Tesco’s online platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  • Partnering with propositional teams early in the planning process to support strategic thinking and help shape event direction; working alongside the Online Trading Manager on early‑stage campaign involvement.
  • Applying strong commercial awareness and understanding of trading levers and commercial strategy, using data and insights to make informed decisions and optimise campaign performance.
  • Collaborating with Customer, Marketing, and Trade Planning teams to ensure campaign content is consistent across all touchpoints and meets customer needs.
  • Using analytics and SEO insights to guide content decisions and make in‑flight adjustments to improve performance.
  • Reviewing content performance regularly and sharing insights with the wider team to support continuous improvement, including competitor analysis and external inspiration to inform best practices.
  • Supporting the delivery of HFSS‑compliant sponsored content and contributing to monetisation opportunities in partnership with the Retail Media team.
  • Maintaining high standards of content accuracy and compliance through regular checks and quality assurance processes.
  • Providing feedback to digital product and technology teams to help enhance platforms and CMS functionality.
  • Working in an agile environment, actively participating in team ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Qualifications
  • A customer‑focused mindset with an understanding of digital customer journeys.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimisation techniques.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms and website analytics tools (such as Adobe Analytics).
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A collaborative approach and clear communication skills to work confidently across teams.
  • A proactive and curious attitude, with a willingness to learn and improve processes.
  • Creative thinking to identify opportunities for enhancing content performance.
