Job Description
- Manage customer orders and ensure accurate processing within specified timelines.
- Communicate effectively with Korean-speaking clients to address queries and resolve issues.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
- Monitor inventory levels and update clients on stock availability.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on customer fulfilment activities.
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all tasks.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Korean Speaking Customer Fulfilment professional should have:
- Fluency in both Korean and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in customer service, order processing, or a related field.
- Excellent skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with the technology & telecoms industry is advantageous.
