We are seeking an exceptional and motivated Ward Manager to lead our Oncology Ward at The Harley Street Clinic. This is a rare opportunity to join one of the UK's most prestigious private hospitals, renowned for delivering world-class cancer care in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

Responsibilities
  • This role requires a confident and visible leader who can inspire, support, and develop a team of nurses and healthcare professionals. You will foster a culture of clinical excellence, continuous learning, and mutual respect, ensuring that every member of the team feels valued and empowered to deliver outstanding care.
  • You will be accountable for maintaining high standards of clinical practice, patient safety, and regulatory compliance. Working closely with consultants, pharmacy, allied health professionals, and senior management, you will ensure seamless patient pathways and contribute to service development and innovation.
  • You will lead the day-to-day leadership and operational management of our inpatient oncology ward, delivering safe, compassionate, and personalised care to patients undergoing complex cancer treatments, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and palliative care.
Qualifications
