Qualifications

• At least 2+ years' experience in site supervision or foreman roles within telecoms, fibre, or civil engineering.
• OR 5+ years hands-on field experience in fibre network builds with leadership exposure.
• Strong working knowledge of fibre build practices (FTTx, civils, cabling, testing).
• Excellent communication and on-site problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in promoting a robust Health & Safety culture across all sites.
• Deliver daily briefings, toolbox talks, and ensure full PPE and training compliance.
• Coordinate and manage on-site teams and subcontractors to maximise efficiency.
