Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience delivering high-quality engineering services in corporate environments.
• Strong understanding of commercial building infrastructure including HVAC and M&E systems.
• Experience managing safe systems of work and permit processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and support all engineering activities on site.
• Plan and schedule engineering tasks through a CAFM-based system.
• Maintain high standards of quality assurance across all engineering activities.
