Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management and building services.
• Hands-on experience with boilers, refrigeration, and compressed air.
• Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on maintenance and operation of building services.
• Repair and maintain HVAC systems and infrastructure.
• Support utilities plant and ensure compliance with safety requirements.

Skills

Experience in FM, industrial or building services environment

Hands-on experience with utilities plant

Good knowledge of HVAC, heating, plumbing and building infrastructure systems

Fabrication, metalwork and pipework installation experience

Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation

Experience with permits to work and maintenance record keeping

Relevant H&S qualifications (IPAF, PASMA, CSCS)

Experience in a hygienic or FMCG food manufacturing environment
