Job summary

A leading eCommerce group in Manchester is seeking an experienced Art Director for a 1-year fixed term contract. The role involves overseeing day-to-day art direction and ensuring quality control for Disney photography. Candidates must demonstrate proven experience in eCommerce or retail, including directing models, especially children. Strong communication skills and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite are essential. This position requires full-time onsite work, 5 days a week at THG Studios, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven on-set art direction experience within eCommerce or retail environments.
• Strong experience directing child models.
• Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, and styling.

Responsibilities

• Direct and QC daily photography ensuring consistency and alignment with briefs.
• Collaborate with photographers and studio crew to deliver high-quality output.
• Participate in photography wash-ups to drive quality improvements.
