The Role

They are seeking a proactive, highly organised Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations of their Rhyl office. The successful candidate will be a key member of a small close-knit team, ensuring the smooth operation of all office functions, supporting compliance with regulatory requirements, and facilitating clear communication between support staff, the management team, and the individuals they support. As the first point of contact for many external stakeholders, you will represent the organisation with professionalism and confidence at all times. This role plays a vital part in maintaining high-quality care delivery through effective office leadership.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in office management or administrative roles (care sector experience desirable).
  • Understanding of care sector compliance and regulations (e.g. CIW standards).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and shift management software.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards.
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Business Administration, or a related field (desirable).
  • Ability to obtain a satisfactory enhanced DBS.
