The Role

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficient support for construction projects.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across office and project-related administration.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in office management, ideally within the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
  • Experience in HR practices, including recruitment and employee relations, is desirable.
  • Knowledge and experience of construction industry accreditations such as ISO, RISQS, Constructionline, or similar would be highly desirable.
  • Confidence working in a construction-driven environment with multiple projects running simultaneously.
