Overview

We're looking for a proactive, detail-driven Office Manager to take ownership of core admin, compliance, and operational processes. This is a hands-on role with scope to shape internal systems, manage high-volume correspondence, and support strategic operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day office administration, including meeting coordination and information gathering.
  • Oversee a monthly office budget, ensuring spend is tracked and optimised.
  • Implement and refine internal processes and strategies.
  • Handle all outbound and inbound correspondence and compliance documentation.
  • Maintain organised filing systems—both paper and digital—for all records and legal documents.
  • Ensure all documentation meets compliance standards.
  • Add incoming enquiries to CRM and ensure all relevant parties are copied in.
  • Support potential onboarding of new clients and related documentation.
  • Contribute to planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
