A growing firm in the UK is seeking an experienced team manager for a full-time permanent position. You will oversee a team of around 10, focusing on office management, training, recruitment, and ensuring customer satisfaction.   • Manage hospitality for customers and prepare the office for customer meetings.

  • Liaise directly with customers.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and PA to the company directors.
  • Creating and reporting to management.
  • Getting new staff up and running on internal systems.
  • Troubleshooting internal IT issues.
  • Facilitating excellent communications across multi branches.

This role has arisen due to company growth. It's a varied position with no two days being the same. Managing a team of around 10, you will be responsible for the overall team and office management.
