We are now seeking an experienced, organised and driven Office Manager to support our London business and work alongside the Managing Director during an exciting phase of growth and rebrand.

The Role

This is an office-based role in Brixton, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the London office. You will act as the operational backbone of the business, ensuring smooth delivery of both customer-facing and internal functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations & Office Management
    • Oversee the daily running and efficiency of the London office
    • Ensure processes, compliance and documentation are followed to industry standards
    • Coordinate office schedules, communications, and reporting
  • Property Management Support
    • Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors
    • Assist in troubleshooting property management issues
    • Oversee maintenance requests, contractor bookings, inspections and follow-up
  • Sales & Lettings Support
    • Assist with listings, viewings coordination and progression
    • Help manage applicant enquiries and negotiations where needed
    • Support tenancy and sales processes to completion
  • Contractor & Supplier Oversight
    • Manage maintenance partners and oversee service standards
    • Ensure reactive and planned works are delivered on time and cost effectively
  • Business Development & Growth
    • Assist in identifying new business opportunities
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
    • Support marketing initiatives and lead generation activity
  • Leadership & Collaboration
    • Work closely with the Managing Director to implement strategy
    • Act as a key point of communication for the London team
    • Support the future recruitment and onboarding of staff

Essential Requirements
  • ✔ Minimum 5 years’ experience within an estate agency / property management role
  • ✔ Excellent organisational and multitasking skills

  • ✔ Solid understanding of lettings, sales, property management processes and compliance
  • ✔ Ability to oversee workloads, prioritise demands and lead on operational delivery
