A recruitment agency in Addlestone seeks an Office Manager to join a small team. In this fully office-based role, you will manage administrative tasks, provide exceptional support to the Managing Director, and streamline office operations. Ideal candidates will have strong organisational and customer service skills and proficiency in software applications, primarily Microsoft Office. Our client are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Manager to join their small team, reporting to the Managing Director. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, assisting in the smooth operation of office. The ideal candidate will possess good organisational skills and a proficiency in various software applications. You will be responsible for ordering supplies / parts and managing fleet administration including scheduling repairs.
Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:00pm (fully office-based)
