Office Coordinator, 6 months FTC, 27-33K pro-rata West London (Chelsea)

9am – 6pm Mon - Fri ( non hybrid)

A highly regarded international company in the maritime sector is seeking an experienced Office & Administration Assistant to join their London team on a six-month fixed term contract. This position reports jointly to the Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO and offers an excellent opportunity for an organised and adaptable professional to develop

their skills in a corporate, fast-paced environment.

The Office & Administration Assistant will ensure the smooth running of the London office and provide comprehensive support to senior management.

Key responsibilities include :
  • Acting as first point of contact for visitors and calls, managing meeting rooms, catering, post and couriers
  • Assisting with office maintenance, supplies, expenses, and event coordination
  • Supporting the Executive Assistant with diary management, travel bookings, document preparation and expense processing
  • Handling sensitive business and personal matters with discretion and professionalism
Ideally you will have :
  • Previous experience in an administrative or reception role within a professional or corporate environment
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication and organisational skills
  • Confidence in Microsoft Office, with experience of booking international travel and managing multiple priorities
  • Flexible, proactive and comfortable taking initiative in a busy team
