We are looking for a Sales Representative to join a reputable company in Grantham, Lincolnshire on a full‑time permanent basis. This vacancy has arisen due to expansion of the business and opportunities to join this team do not often appear.

You will be selling products manufactured to the highest possible standard across multiple areas of industry, mechanical and medical big‑name clients and their OEMs. In return, our client is offering a competitive basic salary ranging between £28,000 to £30,000 (DOE). Profit Sharing is allocated annually and based on performance and contribution within the business.

Responsibilities
  • Turning enquiries into sales.
  • Prepare accurate quotations and manage the order process.
  • Be able to respond to urgent requests (lives may depend on it).
  • Build and develop new and existing relationships.
  • Chase leads and win new business keeping well ahead of competitors.
Qualifications
  • A strong and proven record in B2B sales and account management.
  • The confidence to negotiate and be commercially aware.
  • A proactive mindset and have a strong resilience.
  • A desire to smash targets and grow your own territory.
  • The ability to build a genuine and lasting rapport over the phone and by email.
