We are thrilled to be supporting a fantastic opportunity with a growing investment firm based in the heart of Mayfair. The Role:

This is a varied and fast-paced position supporting the Office Manager and ensuring the smooth daily running of the office. You’ll play a key part in maintaining an organised, efficient, and welcoming environment while working closely with a collaborative EA team. Day to day will include:

  • Supporting the Office Manager across a wide range of day-to-day operational needs
  • Liaising with suppliers and managing office orders
  • Identifying and reporting any minor maintenance issues
  • Covering reception during lunchtimes and holidays
  • Providing occasional overflow EA support where needed
  • Ensuring the office runs seamlessly and maintaining a welcoming, professional environment
