Overview

Weybourne Group is the holding company for the Dyson technology company, Dyson Farming, and other diverse business interests. Outside the operating businesses, Weybourne manages an investment portfolio and provides financial and other professional support to the Dyson Family, their estates, and personal business interests. The group covers a wide range of sectors including farming, financial and commercial property investments and residential property. We currently have a team of around 100 employees whose roles cover accountancy, financial control, tax and treasury, commercial property and financial investment management, security, audit, IT and HR based in both the UK and Singapore (where the Group Head Office is located).

Reporting to the Family Office Director, the Office Administrator will be responsible for providing day-to-day office support. This is a fixed term contract for 6 months and is ideal for someone looking for part time hours across the week.

Responsibilities
  • Office management: General day to day management of the office including liaising with the onsite teams such as facilities, security and catering.
  • Travel management: organising business travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Diary management: Providing full diary support and management for the Family Office Director and Chief Financial Officer.
  • Creating a professional first impression of Weybourne for external parties through efficient scheduling and coordinating meetings/video conferences, booking rooms, arranging catering, responding to meeting requests and greeting guests.
  • Invoices: processing invoices working with the accounts team to ensure timely payments.
  • Expenses: processing expenses as required for Senior Management.
  • Meeting preparation: assist with preparation and circulation of papers, take concise minutes and distribute in a timely manner.
  • Supporting the HR team with new joiners, leavers, induction management and employee related benefit administration.
  • Day-to-day administrative support where required to ensure the smooth running of the Malmesbury office.
  • Updating and maintaining databases.
  • Assisting with event planning as required.
  • Other day to day and adhoc administrative activities.
