Overview

Office Administrator required to provide administrative support to the Office Manager, Operations Manager and Quality Assurance Manager.

Responsibilities
  • General support to the Operations Manager
  • General support to the Office Manager
  • General support to the Quality Assurance Manager
  • General Administration
  • Reception and phone cover
  • Meet and Greet visitors
  • Arranging catering
  • Meeting room preparation
  • Assist with events (charity and seasonal)
  • Administration of the Archiving procedure
Skills and Experience
  • NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration (desirable, but not essential)
  • Internal QMS Auditing (desirable, but not essential)
The Applicant Should Also Be Able To Demonstrate
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail
