About The Role
  • Location: Sheffield
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (either 8am-4:30pm)
  • Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
Responsibilities But Not Limited To
  • You will be working as part of a team to support the project manager in running day to day business, involving customer contacts with job updates and enquiries.
  • Updating in house systems including customer reports, invoicing, time sheets, taking payments over the phone, raising purchase orders via our in-house systems, telephone & email enquiries.
  • Other ad-hoc general admin duties.
Experience And Qualifications Required For The Role

You will already be familiar with an office environment; the successful candidate will have experience of working in a busy office minimum 12 months, previous data entry experience, a background in customer service, excellent IT skills (Excel, Word) and the ability to learn new in house IT systems.
