A primary educational institution is looking for a dedicated Office Administrator to support the school office in Hatching Green. This role requires a friendly individual capable of managing reception duties and communications effectively. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a school office environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work calmly under pressure. The position also involves dealing with confidential matters and maintaining a professional demeanor with pupils and parents. A valid First Aid Certificate and safeguarding training are essential.
We are seeking to appoint a friendly and highly organised person to join our school as an Office Administrator . This post is varied, extremely busy and relies on the post holder maintaining a calm and professional manner at all times. You will be the first point of contact for our community, welcoming pupils, parents, staff, and other visitors, so exceptional interpersonal skills are an essential requirement.
The main responsibilities of the role are to cover Reception duties, deal with telephone calls, assist in managing the school admin email account and generally assist the team in the efficient day – to – day running of the school office.
The successful candidate will be confident, ideally have some school office experience, is able to work productively in a busy and demanding environment and have a good sense of humour.
