This is a great opportunity to join a small, independent property management and investment company based in Golders Green. Working in a close-knit team of two, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys a slower pace, clear responsibilities, and being relied upon to handle the day-to-day administration that keeps the business organised and compliant.

This is not a senior management role — it’s a hands‑on Office Administrator position, perfect for someone who loves admin and takes pride in being organised, reliable, and methodical.

The Role

As the Office Administrator, you’ll be responsible for the smooth day‑to‑day administration of the office. You’ll support the Director and liaise with external suppliers and accountants, ensuring records, systems, and paperwork are kept up to date and well organised.

The role suits someone who enjoys routine, structure, and being the person who quietly keeps everything in order behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing
Office Administration & Organisation
  • Handle the day‑to‑day administration of the office
  • Maintain tidy and accurate filing systems (digital and paper)
  • Prepare documents, update records, and ensure information is kept up to date
  • Manage data entry, database updates, and basic internal reporting
  • Order office supplies and support general office upkeep
Director & Team Support
  • Provide administrative support to the Director, including diary coordination and meeting organisation
  • Assist with general admin tasks across the business as required
  • Help ensure communication runs smoothly within the team and with external contacts
External Communication & Invoicing
  • Act as a first point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and post
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and professional partners
  • Process invoices, track payments, and handle basic supplier queriesSupport external accountants by providing organised financial information
Property & Compliance Support
  • Assist with tracking tasks, follow‑ups, and deadlines
  • Help keep compliance documentation and property records organised
  • Support the development and maintenance of simple, effective admin systems
Who We’re Looking For
  • Proven office administration experience (property experience helpful but not essential)
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys admin, organisation, and routine
  • Highly organised, methodical, and detail‑focused
  • Comfortable working in a very small team and taking responsibility for admin tasks
  • Confident but professional communicator
  • Competent with Microsoft Office and able to pick up new systems easily
  • Happy in a steady, supportive environment rather than a fast‑paced corporate setting
  • Basic invoicing or bookkeeping exposure is a bonus, but not required
Salary, Hours & Benefits
  • Full‑time, Monday–Friday
  • £30,000–£40,000 depending on experience
  • Stable, friendly working environment
  • Opportunity to build a long‑term role within a small, growing business

If you’re an organised, reliable Office Administrator who loves keeping things in order and supporting a small team, this could be a really lovely long‑term opportunity.

Please note: I am out of the office until the week commencing 5th January 2026. Applications will be reviewed and responded to then. Thank you for your patience.
