Main Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Manage reception duties, including greeting visitors, handling calls, and coordinating deliveries and couriers
  • Organise meeting room bookings, appointments, and schedules for directors and senior management
  • Provide administrative support across departments, preparing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Maintain office organisation – oversee supplies, equipment maintenance, and communal area upkeep
  • Support design, production, and showroom teams with scheduling, fittings, and client meeting preparations
  • Coordinate internal and external company events, including product launches, fashion shows, and team functions
Person Specifications:
  • Self‑motivated, able to manage own workload and be a team player
  • Confident communicator with a professional, friendly manner and strong interpersonal skills
  • Competent IT skills – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
