Job summary

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of experience in the field or related area.

Responsibilities

• Track, log, categorize, and maintain changes to network baselines.
• Develop and enhance Change and Configuration Management (CCM) tools.
• Enforce Configuration Management (CM) policies and standards.
• Maintain accuracy of Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Oversee Change Management process from request to implementation.
• Ensure configuration changes are logged, approved, and tested.
• Support audits by providing relevant documentation.
• Provide regular reporting on configuration and change activities.
