  • Lead and manage a dynamic team of Community OTs, Early Intervention OTs, Housing OTs, and a small group of Children’s OTs.
  • Collaborate with three Assistant Team Managers to ensure smooth operations and effective service delivery.
  • Report directly to the Head of Service, contributing to strategic planning and implementation.
  • Utilise expertise in social care occupational therapy to guide team practices, including knowledge of legislation, adaptations, and equipment.
  • Foster an environment of continuous learning and development for professionals at various levels of expertise.
  • Engage with stakeholders and community services to enhance the recognition and value of occupational therapy within the directorate.
