Overview

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic OT Team Manager to join a well-structured and dynamic team in Ealing. The client offers a full-time contract with an opportunity to work from home and further training in your portfolio. The vacancy will be for an initial 3 - 6 months with potential for extension.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of practitioners, principally but not exclusively Occupational Therapists, and line-manage and supervise senior practitioners and other practitioners within your given service area.
  • Ensure that all staff provide a person-centred and strengths-based service to all service users and their carers/families.
  • Ensure compliance with Safeguarding Adults according to all relevant local and national policy and legislation.
  • Manage the performance of the team concerning Health and Social Care Key Performance Indicators and local and team performance measures.
  • Contribute to FOI requests, respond to complaints and provide information, reports, and feedback as required.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Previous experience supervising a team of OTs.
  • HCPC Registration.
  • Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you).
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Occupational Therapist Qualification.
