Our ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of legislation, adaptations practice, and equipment use. As the Occupational Therapy Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse team consisting of Community OTs, Early Intervention OTs, and a small number of Children’s OTs, supported by three Assistant Team Managers. Your role involves driving success in a community setting while reporting to the Head of Service, who shares your occupational therapy background.
