An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join the New England Brain Injury Rehabilitation Service (NEBIRS), based on the grounds of Tamworth Rural Referral Hospital. In this rewarding role, you will provide and coordinate occupational therapy interventions, including occupational therapy driving assessments, alongside comprehensive rehabilitation case management for adults aged 16–65 years with brain injury. Working as part of a highly experienced multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality, specialist brain injury rehabilitation services that support clients to maximise independence and participation in everyday life. NEBIRS delivers a community-based rehabilitation service, including access to a Transitional Living Unit, supporting clients across the northern region of the Hunter New England Local Health District.
