Locum Occupational Therapy Lead - Independent Living Service

About the Role

• We are recruiting for an experienced Locum Occupational Therapy Lead to provide interim cover within the Independent Living Service (ILS) in Hereford.
• This senior role will oversee the Community Occupational Therapy locality functions, including responsibility for Blue Badge services, while playing a key role in service improvement.
• A significant focus of the position will be implementing recommendations arising from a recent service review and supporting the ongoing development of the service.
• The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues across departments, engage with key stakeholders, and contribute to projects that positively impact the local community.
• This role offers the opportunity to work autonomously, take initiative, and influence service delivery at a strategic and operational level.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for the Independent Living Service
