A healthcare provider in Harrogate is seeking an Administrator for their Occupational Health & Wellbeing service. The role includes providing administrative support, being the first point of contact for service users, processing appointment bookings, and maintaining health records. The role's primary duty is to provide administrative support for the Trust’s Occupational Health & Wellbeing service.
To be the first point of contact for service users. To process appointment bookings for clients. To maintain the electronic health record system. To undertake basic screening of clinical appointments and clinical procedures. To participate in audit and reporting programmes. To process invoices & purchase orders.
